PRICES
Gary for Boots has taken care to ensure all prices shown on our website are accurate. We do however reserve the right to change any prices shown and will endeavour to advise of any price change prior to despatch of any goods ordered. Prices shown do NOT include any VAT as we are not registered for the purposes of VAT. This may change at a later date.
PAYMENT
Goods will only be sent for delivery upon clearance of payment. We accept no liability for late delivery of goods due to incorrect payment details or non clearance of payment. Paypal Accepted.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure your payment details are kept secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of a third party obtaining unauthorised access to any data you provide.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Standard delivery charge for a single pair of boots/shoes is £6.99. Multiple pairs price is on application. Standard delivery charge is for all UK destinations but does not include the Channel Islands or other overseas destinations, which will incur an additional charge.
DELIVERY
Your goods will be delivered to the address as specified on your order. Please advise if you have any specific delivery requirements as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your instruction.
RETURNS
In the unfortunate instance that a product supplied by Gary for Boots is found to be faulty it may be returned for replacement or full refund, providing that it is returned within 14 days of receipt. Wear and tear over a period of time will not qualify for a refund. Items that are unsuitable (i.e incorrect size) may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt provided that they are returned in saleable condition and in original packaging. Any items deemed unsuitable for re-sale by ourselves may not be refunded in full. Refunds for returned products will be for the purchase value of the product and will not include delivery charges, unless the product is being returned as the result of an error made by Gary for Boots. You will be responsible for all returned delivery fees.
